Renunciation certificate application
"This email is in regard to your pending Renunciation Certificate application with VFS Global. You may view the attached photo. Your application is missing the heading at the top of the page. Look against the application on the right. The application cannot be submitted in that format. There should be a Consulate address listed at the top of the page. If you cannot reprint the correctly formatted application, you may have to withdraw. The Govt form is not on a VFS website and VFS cannot resolve an issue that is based on the Govt web portal. We understand the inconvenience. Please try to reprint with a different browser before having to withdraw and resubmit".

got this below email from VFS global. Could someone please help me? It seems like a system issue as even I try to download it again it is still not there.

Reach out to the SFO consulate for help at [email protected] and tell them the problem. -
Try contacting the Consulate as kiranboda suggested.
Or, if you are good with image editing, open the PDFs in a image editor and copy the header from the good one to the one that is missing it and reprint.Comment
