OCI Photo Submission - Physical Form

On the OCI checklist for mailing in the physical forms, in the section for Photograph, it states the "The physical photo must be affixed on the physical application form and the digital photo must be uploaded on Govt. form online."

The form that gets generated after Government submission already has the digital picture already printed along with the signature. Where are we supposed to "affix" the photos on the physical application? Am I missing something?

Just send two loose photos with your application, no need to paste/affix anything. Remember to be sure that the loose photos match with the online upload pictures exactly.
