Question about OCI

Hi I had few question regarding OCI application:

1) I am an Indian citizen w/ American passport, I have get the renunciation certificate before I can apply for OCI?

2) My spouse is of Venezuelan nationality w/ an american passport (currently american citizen) can she apply for an OCI

3) My daughter was born in USA, can she apply for an OCI?

Since I am an Indian citizen, I am guessing they can apply for OCI, but I have read elsewhere that they can only apply for tourist VISA.

Since I am about to send my OCI applicaiton in to the consulate, I would appreciate your feedback .
