I am applying for Renunciation certificate however in my indian passport my name has my middle name in given name . When i got Us passport it just has my first and my last name is it considered name change ? As on the check list it says it has to match or else submit name change documents but technically i havent change my name just my middle name is not added in us passport. Can anybody please help how should i proceed ? And also when filing the form it says renunciation certificate should match indian passport name . What documents should i send so my application is processed correctly and should i send two copies of handwritten renunciation certificate with info matching the indian passport? Please help
