Proof of Address of Parents for New OCI

Hi All,

I am preparing to apply OCI for my new born baby at NYC location. It says I need to send either parents proof of address. But my spouse is H4 dependent and she doesn't have state id or license. She is in rental lease agreement but that is also expired may 2021 and now we are in month to month extension since I am planning to send them India for few months.

My question is What I can do for my spouse address proof?

I am new to this thread. I don't know whether I explained my situation here. Any help really apricated.
