PIO Applications dual nationality

I'm applying PIO card for my son who 4months back in US. Me and my wife from INDIA. We got his US Passport and applying for PIO Card.

I've a question about the dual nationality in the application.
10) Does the applicant hold dual nationality: (If so, give details including the details of all the passports held etc)

Please help me in this regard.

Your son does not hold dual nationality -- he's an American right now, regardless of parentage.
