OCI for foreign spouse

Has anyone applied for OCI for their foreign spouse recently? Several links on VFS error out for me. I just got my OCI and want to apply for my spouse as well but cannot find the proper links to do so.

I applied couple weeks ago and is now under processing. Lmk if you have any questions - biggest hurdle was that the marriage certificate needs to be "appostiled" which took me a while to obtain. I assume you have been married for 2 years? Thats the condition to even apply

And did you have to submit original passport?
