Indian passport renunciation, VFS cannot retrieve FedEx label

Hi,
Trying to renounce my Indian passport and followed all the instructions by the VFS website. Everything went thru till the payment page and I got confirmation they charged my CC. after that, when trying to retrieve the confirmation page, I got 404 error. Tried several times to get the confirmation email, but no luck. when tried to print the FexEx label, I am getting the error "failed to download the courier label. please try again later".
There is no confirmation email for application submission, nor shipping label. if you want to contact VFS, they charge per minute. any idea how to get thru this?

It is a bit painful, I totally empathize with you. Reach out to your local consulate and escalate the case with them, they can help you. VFS responds to emails, but it is very slow. Try [email protected]. Alternatively, you can also tag VFS Global care on Twitter, they are pretty good and quick there.
