Marriage Certificate- OCI Self Application

Hello All,

I am in the process of applying for OCI for myself.

the OCI website mentions that Registered Marriage Certificate has to be submitted.
I am married to a Serbian and my marriage certificate is in Serbian as it was registered in Serbia. My question was as the OCI website is not very clear do I have still translate my marriage certificate?

You not only will need it translated, but since it was issued in Serbia, I believe you will need it Apostilled.
