OCI approved and arrived at Chicago

Hello, Please help me with my situation.

We applied OCI for my family and one daughter at Chicago consulate and now the OCI documents are ready to be received. But situation is my daughter is now residing in India for education for past 3 months. Can we get her authorization and passports from India and get her OCI visa stamped from Chicago consulate ?

Collect OCI in India for daughter

You can collect oci for daughter in India as per the chicago consulate website below:

(c) Collection of the OCI documents in India
If your OCI documents are ready for collection and you want to collect the same in India, then please send an email to us (Click Here To Send Email) stating your name, on-line registration number and the name of the Foreign Regional Registration Office (FRRO), wherefrom you would like to collect your OCI documents.
After receipt of your email, we will send your OCI documents to the said FRRO and we will intimate to you by email about the same. However contact the FRRO only after a period of 6 weeks after receipt of our email.

Ok, now I need to ask the chicago consulate to send my daughter's OCI documents to FFRO-HYDERABAD. Has anyone got the OCI collected from Hyd ?
