I am Indian National and kids are US Citizens and they all have X1 Visa valid till 24/10/22.
We came to India on vacation 6th Nov 21 and for personal reasons they may have to stay with me beyond Max allowed180 days.
We previously applied for OCI cards and they are in possession of the cards now. Since they received OCI can they stay beyond 180 days or Since they entered on X1 visa, do I need to file any request on behalf of them.
