    Applying for new OCI Card and turning 50 yrs.

    Hello All,

    I will be turning 50 years on the 1st. October, if I apply for a New OCI card and it gets approved before my birthday, do I need to renew again when I turn 50 years? At 50, I heard that the applicant needs to renew the card.

    Please advice
