MINOR OCI passport updation rejected

my minor oci passport updation is rejected. i dont understand why. her passport was reissued an year ago. i updated after 1 year. What should i do?

Hi, I am in a similar position. I just updated new passport and other details today, after 2 yrs of issue of passport.

I sent a request for update passport number for OCI two months back and still awaiting for update. My son passport was issued 2yrs back. What is the process for updating old passport to updating to OCI service ?.
