I live in Delaware, USA and am planning to apply for OCI card. There is a spelling change in my U.S passport compared to Indian Passport. In U.S passport it is BEJOY, but in Indian Passport it is BEJO.
When I took the U.S citizenship thru Naturalization, I legally changed it from BEJO to BEJOY. I have the Court order showing this.
To apply for OCI card in Washington DC, shall I need to advertise the name change in Indian and U.S newspapers?
