Hi,
Today my girlfriend and I submitted our applications for our Indian tourists visas. We are planning to arrive in Mumbai on the 16th/NOV/2010 from Australia and have travel plans to tour around India. We have planed to exit India into Nepal for three (3) weeks on a Nepalese tourist visa that we will obtain on the boarder, then to return to India to complete our tour of the country. We have departure flights booked leaving from Chenni on the 16th/FEB/2011. We have just read about the 2 month waiting period to return to India on a tourist visa. I am worried that if we follow our travel plans we will then not be able to return to India to complete the rest of our tour and make our departure flight.
Can you please send me the relevant information needed to apply to re-enter India within the 2 month period and the best way to organize this.
