OCI - Misc Services Signature image rejected help

Hello,

When I check the status of my OCI application to update OCI as I have a new passport now, I get this message
Your application has been rejected by competent authorities with remarks : RE-UPLOAD PHOTO SIGNATURE /WHITE BACKGROUND

When I try to re-upload the image it keep giving same message ( Your application has been rejected by competent authorities with remarks : RE-UPLOAD PHOTO SIGNATURE /WHITE BACKGROUND) . Do I need to submit a fresh application?

No, you can re-upload the image.
Go to the https://ociservices.gov.in/welcome site and select OCI Image Upload / Re-Upload.

If that is not working, send an email to the Help Desk <<[email protected]>>
If your application has already reached the Embassy/Consulate and they rejected it, then I think you cannot upload and will have to contact them.
