Pan Card/OCI Card

Dear Sir,

I am USA Citizen with OCI Card, like have PAN Card to be applied from USA.

My wife has Indian Passport, and Green card and like to have PAN Card applied from USA and receivd here after issuance.

Can you assit me in these regards.

It is very inconvenient to apply while you are in the U.S. Do it next time you go to India.

I am not sure about PAN Card but i still have trouble applying OCI card.

Will life be ever easy with Indian visa applications to fill even in year 2019 ?

Here are my troubles that i am facing almost everyday:
1. Took 10 days to understand the whole process. Enter data in CKGS, Enter data in Govt website, Enter rest of the data in CKGS. WHY WHY WHY this hard ?
2. Day1 : started entering data in CKGS: lot of things made confused because if you enter anything wrong, you are screwed.
3. Day2 : entered data in Govt website : Same set of questions in different way of asking. Example: Place of birth: INDIA (real place of birth is CHENNAI)
4. Had to stop as i need to upload damn photo in 200pixel:200pixel, signature in 200pixel:67pixel. WHY WHY WHY this hard ? Who is the illiterate behind this things ?
5. Day3: Got photo, used paint brush and converted into above pixel size with a learning curve. NAMASTHE
6. Day4: Uploaded photos to Govt website.
7. Day5: Rest of the data entered in CKGS and got shipping label (purchase shipping labels from CKGS otherwise not sure where we would be screwed, their info really scares everyone and they charge $15+convenience fee) what a business even outside india ? NAMASTHE again.
Now i need to wait for 2 months even though it goes by air to india. Why such a lag ? is the office opens only one week in india per month ? no idea. Oh they do lot of checks. Yes for ordinary people but still bad guys never caught and they enter india just like that.
