trying to update my kids oci with the new passport that they got after 5 yrs of age.
i am able to update details and in the upload section it requires a photograph and signature.
photograph is uploading fine but the image of thumbprint is not uploading.
does anyone have any pointers for doing that? it is only taking jpeg. Jpg file shows error no matter what I do.
Also is this absolutely necessary - updating new passport details in oci for minors? can i just carry the new passport of my kid and get it done at indian airport?
