Hello,
I am applying to Re-issue of Indian Passport as it is going to expire in a month. I have filled government application form and paid fees through VFS. However, I haven't submitted any documentation and just realize that my government application passport preview is not showing my middle name under given name. My current passport has my first name + middle name as a given name and my government application form preview has only first name as a given name. I am sure I could have just filled a new government application if I wouldn't have paid application fees. If I submit this application, VFS will not approve it and will send me an email stating your application name is not matching your current passport name.
Now the question is what can I do before mailing my application so VFS can process it quickly? An affidavit with a notary? If yes, could you please provide what and how to write it?
