OCI card status/Needing to travel

Hi,

Please help me track my OCI card status. Washington received my application 20th October 2009. I sent my original U.S.A. Passport in October 2010. I have planned a trip to India the end of Jan 2011 & needed to find out my card status. Please help me.

Only Indian embassy in Washington DC can tell you your status. We have no way to know.
