Oci app rejected -online payment detail do not match with applicant's which is on.

Applied OCI card for my 6-month baby and got an email today saying the application was rejected for the below reason . How can an infant's name be on a credit card? Anyone idea what went wrong

Ineligible/Rejection Reason : ONLINE PAYMENT DETAIL DO NOT MATCH WITH APPLICANT'S WHICH IS ON xxxxxx

We have had OCI rejected for ridiculous reasons as well. Thankfully, each time, they just sent us back without taking payment.
