Renunciation certificate pdf - enter Minor's information on parent's application?

Hi,
I'm currently trying to fill the renunciation certificate fillable pdf. I'm filling it for myself, adult. It asks for details of minors. Should I include details of my kids in the form? Can someone share your experience?

You can leave the minors section blank.
It only applies if the child is the one renouncing.
I did the same and it was accepted.
