I am also facing the same issue. I wrote to VFS and its been 4 days and no response. I finally called and they said that just covert the pdf to word file and fill it up and then attach it to the application. Also, all the signatures on the government form and this pdf needs to be in blue ink. hope this helps

Hello , did you fill the fillable Surrender Certificate form for a minor children separately ? Also what date format did you use. The PDF seems to default to MM/DD/YY .Originally posted by PAYAL1408 View PostI am also facing the same issue. I wrote to VFS and its been 4 days and no response. Yes, you’ll need a separate Surrender Certificate form for minors.
And yes, the system defaults to MM/DD/YY I just filled it that way and had no issues
I’ve run into the same situation where I needed to quickly save a web page in a clean format without it looking messy or cutting things off. At first, I tried the “print to PDF” option in the browser, but it never gave me the exact result I wanted. That’s when I started looking into better ways to handle it, and honestly, learning how to convert html to pdf saved me a lot of frustration. It makes assignments and notes way easier to organize, since the layout stays consistent and you can highlight or annotate the PDF later. For me, it’s been a game changer compared to screenshots or copy-pasting into Word.Last edited by sandeep_92; 08-20-2025, 04:40 AM.
