Consulate has lost OCI documents

Hi,

I applied for my minor son’s OCI back March 2025.
VFS is showing the OCI application was processed and sent to consulate for decision making.
NY consulate is showing (via Pramit), they didn’t receive any documents.

I need to travel India July 2025.
Any suggestions how to address this situation.

do you have original documents with you OR with them? if you have originals then you can apply for EVISA (if eligible) and travel.
