Hi All,
i had my EU Passport renewed. Hence I got a new passport number.
I filled in the form to update the new passport number in the OCI systems online.
After 1 month, i got this message.
This refers to application bearing MHA file No. DEXXXXX. for uploading of documents in connection with your OCI Card No. AXXXXX. Updated details including your new passport number CXXXXX have been taken on record.
This is an auto-generated email and reply to this mail-id is not monitored.
I thought they would send me some PDF with a legiitmate confirmation so that i can show at immigration.
I wanted to know if this is enough for me to travel to india in august.
I have the followign documents with me
Old OCI Card with Old Passport Number
New Passport
Copy of Old Passport - As the old passport is taken by the Embassy when they issued me a new one
