OCI processing - how big must be the return envelope?

Folks,

I am applying for OCI card for a family of 4. One of the requirements is to send a stamped envelope. I am wondering how big should this envelope be and how much should the stamps be worth. I am guessing the envelope is used just to return all the passports.
