OCI Photo Rejected - Please Help

Hello:

My OCI Application was granted but my wife's was not because it said the following:

Photo/Signature Rejected On 07-FEB-2011
Registration Status Granted On 05-FEB-2011
Documents Printing Status NOT PRINTED
Documents Dispatched to Concerned Mission/Office on NOT DISPATCHED
Documents Received at NEW YORK CGI NOT YET

I understand she needs to send new set of photos.

1. Does anyone know the next steps?
2. Does she have to re-apply?
3. If yes, then does she have to pay $275 again? That doesnt seem right if true.

4. Can she send the new pictures in reference to the same USANI number?

I have an email out to the following address with the inquiry and yet to hear back.

All:

I got the following reply from the consulate. I had sent few emails via my email account and there were no replies. However, when I enquired through thier "Contact Us" link(http://www.indiacgny.org/php/showCon...ndTo=ocistatus), they replied the very next day. So, there is hope.
