Hello,
I've filled out the OCI application online. After I printed the forms I had the following issues:
1. The form didn't print 'Father's Name' field properly. Meaning... the info entered in that field appears distorted.
2. Some of the text field's borders also were irregular as some of them seemed larger than the other although the content entered within the fields is clear.
I'm not sure if it's a printer issue because I've printed regular documents frm that printer before and didn't have any issues. I tried logging into the counselate's website with the ID No and everything to reprint it frm a different printer but I'm not able to access my application.
Given the issues, what should I do? How do I get access to my application? Please help. I'd really appreciate your suggestion.
Note: I've applied it at the Chicago counselate.
