Hi,
My passport got damaged due to rain, could you please let me know what are all the documents I should carried to NY Indian embasy
1)Old passport
2)125$ money order
3)Residence proof in USA.
4)6 Photo graphs
5) online registration form
6)National status verification form
Is that any other documents I should carry? ..like my birth certificate and Indian Licence etc..??
Pls I am staying away from New york( I am in Ohio), If I go to New York if they ask other documents it is difficult for me to go and submit again.
Pls confirm and let me know any other thing I should carry?
