Fiancee with documentation issues

My fiancee is an Indian citizen and I am a US citizen. We would like to get married sometime in the next 5 years, hopefully. The problem is that his passport, birth certificate and 10th grade mark-sheet all have THREE different date of births on them. Yes, you read me right, THREE different. If any one knows, what is the process for such a situation and how long can it be expected to take?

If the 10th grade mark sheet has wrong DOB, that's common. But if his DOB is different on his Birth certificate and passport, then he/she needs to get it corrected. The passport is supposed to follow the birth certificate. how did he/she mess it up? I mean you're born once and can't be born over and over again three times on three dates.

yea, at some point, his dad went through the DOB change process and got it changed to the one that is on his passport now. that's what the issue is, because now you can't go back to the same guy and say "hey, i was wrong about the date change, can you just cancel it?" we don't know why his dad did it.
