Indian citizenship

Hi buddy,

My child is born in US,and i got the US passport for her.She became a citizen now,eventhough we will have her basic education in india only.we are no longer going to stay here.

if we held US citizenship while joining to school in india she will be treated as NRI.as NRI education will be very cost and i don't have enough money to pay.

So i want to cancel the US citizenship and get indian citizen, is it possible? if so How?
and want to know whether will it create ANY Issues in her US entry in future?
