Passport Renewal @ Washington

Hi,

I'm planning to visit Indian consulate at Washington to Renew my passport and add spouse's name on both of our passports.
What are the documents which i need to submit.
Valid driver's license, I795, Bank Statement, My current passport, Marriage certificate. Recent passport size photos.
And for my wife's application: I'm submitting lease agreement for address proof (doesn't have any other document for address proof), current passport, marriage certificate.

Is this enough?. Any more documents do i need to submit?. Please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. But this doesn't talk about the supporting documents for identification proof and address proof which i can submit for my spouse application. Does lease agreement document which has her name as the additional occupant is enough? Please let me know.
