Hi,
I'm an Indian citizen currently in the US on a long term work visa. My Indian passport would be due for renewal in coming months and I would like to renew it in the US. I understand the procedure for renewal from VFS website.
I saw a note on VFS website about the US address being printed on the renewed passport. Please let me know if anyone has experienced the same scenario. I would like to carry over the address (permanent address in India) in my current passport to the renewed passport. Please let me know if anyone has been able to achieve this recently.
