H1B transfer

Hi All

I came to US 2 months back on h1b, since then I dont have good relationship with my current employer. And the other employer is ready to accept me and he is asking me to transfer his visa.....to his company.

So for no payroll has been generated in my name and I dont have any paychecks with me. Is it possible for me to transfer my visa to an another employer.

Please help me, is it possible to transfer my h1b visa to new employer. And in future I should not face any problem.

Nice to know that you atleast reached there ... For me.. I have yet not even reached there.. bt there is an another company ready to do the visa transfer.. is it a risky step ??

How did your thing go thru? Are u with the new employer?? What all things did you do for the same??
