Attestation

Sir/Madam,
Am a LPR in Augusta,GA.I have a couple pf legal papers to be attested from the Indian embassy.It is for authorising my father to act on my behalf for a car loan...I would like to know how can I get those papers attested..At the same time..is there any charge for doing the same..Can I send those papers to u so that u can attest and send it back to me..
