I am planning to travel to india on the 1st of Dec.
I had entered US in 2005 with a Visa granted on behalf of a company say XYZ resources. This visa expired in May’06. In the same month I had changed my job to Oracle and my H1B was transferred. In the last 4 years I had not travelled outside the country. Hence did not get the new visa stamped in my passport. I also have filed for Green card and have a valid EAD and AP.
Can I travel to india and return to US using my AP and not needed to stamp my visa? (Change in employer).
Please share your experiences.
