Hi everyone,
My wife's passport was issues in 2011 and at the time my name was not on her passport as we were not married then.
Now I am renewing her passport and it asked for spouse name where I entered mine not realizing it is not mandatory and submitted Govt application form and printed it out.. My question now is will I be required to provide marriage certificate and my passport as well? The checklist for re-issue of passports does not ask for spouse's passport usually, but if someone was specifically asking to endorse spouse's name on passport I think marriage certificate and spouse's passport is required. Any pointers?
