How to pay Indian bills from US

Can someone guide me as to how we can pay India bills like electricity bill online from USA without indian phone number? As most times online payment requires otp on indian phone which we will not have when in US?

Instead of OTP on phone, ask the bank for company to provide OTP to your email after telling them your new international address. Another option is electronically paying someone you trust there (eg. PayPal) and then asking them to pay in local currency there. Best option would be to email or call each company you have a bill for and explain your situation and see what they say. Don't be afraid to speak to a supervisor if you don't get a response from the first person that answers.
