HI there,
It has been a month that I have been married and things are not going well. Anyways long story short, we both decided that we are a bad pair and need to get out of this marriage. It was an arrange marriage. I got married in India and registered in India and she is with me in US on H4 visa. My questions are:
1) Should I get an annulment or divorce?
2) are decisions made by US courts valid in India?
3) If I wish to get re-married in India, then would the legal document issued by US court be valid or I have register that decision in India as well?

I have read few posts where people tend to pass judgement rather than reply, so for those people I have a request that please dont reply if you cant answer my questions.
