EB-2 category - Has anyone recently attended Green card visa interview?

Hello, Did anyone attend Green card EB2 visa interview recently?

What documents did you carry? and what questions did they ask?

Please help.

NOTE: Do we need to fill out a DS-160 form, (like for the H1B visa?)

Do we need to fill out a DS-160 for this interview? I saw it somewhere in a forum...but I don't think thats right.

Could anyone confirm?
