Insurance purchase - H1 visa

Hi,

I have a H1B visa and I am arriving in the US on the 15th. However, my employer benefits will start only 60 days after my start date, so I will need to buy my own plan to have coverage during this period. What plan can I buy? Is patriot america plus valid for me?

I will be arriving on the 15th of January 2017. I will be living in Philadelphia and working at Rowan University in NJ. However, the benefits will kick in only after 60 days from my start date (16th of january).
