Hi,
I am a permanent resident of the US but visiting Japan right now for a long term.
I signed up a Anthem Blue Cross had canceled it since I have to stay in Japan for about 5 months.
I understand i have to pay the penalty for this next year.
I am planning to go to US this June and stay for 3 months.
I do need a health insurance for this short term but I found I can not buy any travel insurance in Japan since I am a green card holder.
I researched about Obamacare's exceptions which I could sign up in the middle of the year when I come back to US but I may not qualified for this.
Can I buy your Visitor Medical Insurance for Visitors to USA even I am a green card holder?
I would appreciate if you could advise for it.
