Hi all,
I'm looking to start immigration paperwork (green card) for my 80+ parents (from India, to MA). Prior to starting, I'd like to understand what insurance would they have or are able to receive?
Medicare says you need to live in US for 5 years, after getting green card, before they would be eligible to get health insurance.
Does anyone have experience with Medicare in a similar situation? And what other options are there?
