I looked at your previous advice, seen the web site, and compared various products. I am thinking of getting the IC platinum plan. I just have a few questions to see if i understood the plan properly.
To recap:
1) I am from and am a resident of Ireland. 35yrs old with no pre-existing illness. I am looking for a comprehensive plan that will also cover completely JUST AS WELL at home as it will worldwide including North America. I think the answer is yes but please confirm IC Platinum will do this.
2) I plan to take a year (or more) off and have various trips I want to do. In a period of 12 months I would guess that I estimate 7 months in Canada/America. Is this still ok or do i have to leave USA after 6 months regarding coverage in a 12 month period?
2b) If this is true does this include Canada or is this 6 month max only for the USA?
3) Do I really need comprehensive or would a fixed plan be better since I would only figure to be covered for severe accidents or severe illnesses that is unlikely to occur.
4) In Ireland do you have a PPO network or preferred list of hospitals/doctors you use?
thank you
