Insurance for group of seminar participants

I am looking to make arrangements for travel medical insurance for 16 international foresters who will be attending a seminar at Northern Arizona University this October. I have found some rate quote information on your webpage. I would like to make a single payment for all visitors by credit card. Is there a paper application that I can fill out for numerous unrelated persons? Some will be covered for longer than others but none more than 28 days.

Thank you for your swift reply. I was looking at the buy american website. I didn't clarify before, but I have 16 participants from 13 different countries attending a program in the US. Most will be staying for the same length of time, a few have extended programs. Can you recommend the best program for our group. I think last year we had coverage through Liaison International, but we applied in a paper form so that we could make one group payment.

I had read under eligibility that all members of the group had to be of the
same citizenship?

No. That's not true.

We have been doing many Atlas Group policies for several different nationalities in one policy. All it asks is whether a US citizen or non-US citizen.
