Atlas Exchange Insurance - F1 (OPT) visa information

Hi,
I had a quick question about your Atlas Exchange (12 month Pre-Ex) insurance plan. I am an international student who graduated recently from a US university. My OPT visa will kick in from early February.
Do I fit in the eligibility of your Atlas Exchange insurance plan? I am looking to buy the insurance for 5 months beginning this month.

Thank you for such quick reply. I live in California.
I first arrived in US on January 1st, 2015. I went back to my home country in December 2015 and came back in January 2016. My trip duration was 40 days. Does this mean that I still eligible to buy the Atlas Exchange insurance?
