I am an international student of University of North Carolina Charlotte. Please provide suitable insurance that will meet the requirements of my university.
The policy should atleast meet the below criteria.
[ ] My policy has a minimum total benefit/coverage of $100,000 (USD) per accident or illness *
[ ] My policy has a deductible of no more than $500 (USD) *
[ ] My policy has medical evacuation coverage of at least $50,000 (USD) *
[ ] My policy has repatriation coverage of at least $25,000 (USD) *
Also advise what are the costs I should bear in the below cases.
1) Physician Office Visit
(should includes Office Surgery, Consultation, X-rays, Lab and benefit period)

Specialist
2) Preventive Care
Routine Examinations, Well-Child Care, Immunizations, Pap Smears,
Mammograms, Prostate Specific Antigen Tests (PSAs)

3) Maternity
