J1 visa health insurance

To whom it may concern, Hi, I am an exchange visitor who got the J1 Visa and already arrived at Champaign, Illinois, USA on end of September and still have not had the health insurance for use on USA ( I have only travel insurance that purchased from my country,Thailand). I would like to ask that Is it possible for me to purchase the health insurance from your company following the J-1 Visa rules?. Here is my additional information; my University; University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign period of my J1-Visa; 15 Oct 2016- 16 Oct 2017 my arrival date; 26 September 2016 Thank you so much Best Regards

Thank you so much for your reply, from your suggestion, I have checked the rule of health insurance in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, It's seem not to have specific requirement much.

I have already attached the rule of it for University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for you to re-check with the match program.

For my previous insurance, it is the travel insurance I purchased from my country that include health insurance, but the condition is bad, I have to pay by myself when I see the doctor and I will get my refund when I go back to my country. That's why I need to purchase the health insurance in U.S.

This insurance is cover from Sep 25, 2016 to Sep 24, 2017 and my Visa period is Oct 15, 2016- Oct 16, 2017.
