J1 and J2 medical insurance-UNC

I am a J1 scholar attached to University of North Carolina ,Chapel Hill NC.As per the conversation with customer care representative I am attaching the compliance form. Can you please let me know whether Atlas essential is compatible with that. The cover should include spouse and children.
