I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate in School of Pharmacy Texas Tech University Health Science Center, Amarillo Texas 79106.

I want to buy medical insurance for evacuation, repatriation and for medical benefits, I went to your website and chosen Plan A (age group 19-29) where monthly premium is $40.00 (Deductible).

I have some queries which I need to clarify before I go with this insurance.

I would avail my medical insurance provided by my school from October 1st 07. Is this possible that if after 3 months I do not want medical benefits and only want to continue the insurance for evacuation and repatriation, the amount for monthly premium $40.00 will decrease or going to be the same.
Which hospital is entitled to provide the medical benefits?
What would be the co pay policy each time I visit to doctor and purchase a medicine?

3. There is no concept of copay.
If you need to use the insurance, you have to first pay the deductible once (such as $250). After that, insurance company pays 80% for first $5,000 in eligible medical expenses, you pay 20%. After $5,000, insurance company pays 100% up to $50,000.
